Isabel works as a Research Associate and is currently leading the evaluation of an entrepreneurship program for vulnerable populations in Bogotá. Previously, she has worked in a financial education project and developing an M&E strategy for an organization specialized in socio-emotional education. She holds a BA in Economics and minors in Anthropology and Geography from the Universidad de Los Andes in Bogotá and is pursuing a Master's Degree from the same university. Prior to assuming her position at IPA, she worked in Fundación Con Las Manos and participated in the Pacific Region Research Incubator in Los Andes. She attended the XVIII Carroll Round at Georgetown University.
