German works as a qualitative analyst in the IPA Colombia office. He has relevant work experience working with NGOs in the Colombian Amazon, specifically supporting the organizational processes of indigenous communities and evaluating the impact of urban renewal programs in Bogotá's inner city. He is interested in sustainable development, peacebuilding and local development. German holds two Bachelor's degrees: one in anthropology and one in political science from the Universidad de los Andes.
