Dylan Ramshaw manages IPA's portfolio of existing research and new project opportunities, and financial and administrative operations in Zambia. He was previously the Country Director for IPA's Peru, Bolivia, and Paraguay country program. Before assuming the role of Country Director, he managed field work for various IPA evaluations in Ecuador, Bolivia and the Dominican Republic. Prior to joining IPA in 2009, he worked for 5 years in Central America and Mexico working with the private and non-profit sectors in areas of microfinance, human rights, and international trade and market research. Dylan has a MA in Economics and Development from the University of Guelph and a BA in Economics and Business from the University of Victoria.
