Diego Santa Maria is a PhD student in Economics at Harvard University. He studies development economics, with a focus on understanding how firms and labor markets operate in developing country cities. He previously worked as a Research Analyst at Northwestern University in Chicago, where he participated in projects related to social protection and financial inclusion in low-income countries. Diego holds a BA in Economics from Universidad del Pacifico in Lima, Peru.
