Delight Gutip is a Senior Field Manager at IPA Nigeria. She previously worked at a bank as a Relationship Officer and Acting Branch Manager. She has also worked with various research organizations such as Binomial Optimus and Hanovia Limited, and served as a short-term temporary staff on the World Bank’s Conflict Monitoring System project. Delight holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Technology and an MBA in Business Management.
