Dairo leads IPA Colombia's finance and operations team. He has over nine years of experience in financial, accounting, and administrative management in both for profit and nonprofit international organizations. He started his career in public accounting at Grant Thornton and has also held positions at Credit Suisse AG and DAC Beachcroft Global. Prior to joining IPA, Dairo was the Accounting, Financial, and Administrative Coordinator for the Grameen Foundation, where he led functions related to organizations such as Partners of the Americas and USAID. Dairo is a Colombian Chartered Accountant and is also certificated by ACCA in the UK. He holds an MBA from the Illinois University and a bachelor's degree from La Salle University.
