Carine Canonici is a Research Associate at IPA Tanzania, currently managing the implementation of the Autonomous Learning for Supplemental Education project—a collaboration with the IRC and Imagine Worldwide. The project aims to evaluate the impact of the Pop-Up Class Program. Prior to IPA, she has worked for three years on education and healthcare research projects in Angola, Guinea Bissau, and Brazil. She also has experience working in the private sector, with business intelligence and marketing in healthcare and consumer goods. Carine holds an MSc in Development Economics from the University Nova of Lisbon and a BSc in Business Management from the University of São Paulo.
