Biljana Bogicevic provides global technical support for digital data collection, data analysis, Stata programming, and survey design. She is also responsible for building IPA’s research and technical capacity. She is interested in applying evidence-based solutions and behavioral insights to improve economic opportunities and social outcomes for the poor. This interest has developed through an extensive career in public finance, tax, and international development. Prior to joining IPA, Biljana led the Debt Management Department of Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina and served as an Advisor to the Executive Director of the World Bank Group. She also worked as a budget advisor for DFiD and was employed in the Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Indirect Tax Authority. Biljana holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University, and a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the University of Belgrade, Serbia.
