Arsène works on the Stanford Economic Development Research Initiative project seeking to explore central development and urbanization issues with high-quality panel data. He previously worked in Burkina Faso on randomized control trial studies including agricultural insurance and migration. Prior to joining IPA, Arsène worked as Impact Evaluation and Studies Officer for Orange Burkina Faso. His background also includes two years' experience in Monitoring and Evaluation at Counterpart International. Arsène is passionate about making sense to data. He holds a BA in Statistics and Computer Sciences from the Université Polytechnique de Bobo-Dioulasso and an MA in Mathematics, Economics, and Statistics from the African School of Economics.
