Ansila Kweka is an Associate Research Manager for IPA Malawi. She previously worked for IPA Tanzania as a Senior Field Manager and later transitioned to a Research Associate role, where she managed several projects including the Foreigner Effects and RESPECT II projects. Prior to rejoining IPA, Ansila worked as a Senior Research Associate for the Access To Energy Institute in Tanzania and later as Product Researcher for PowerUP (a product development company based in Uganda). She holds a Master degree of Arts in Mathematics, Economics and Statistics from the African School of Economics and Bachelor Degree (Hons) in Economics from University of Dar Es Salaam.
