Anna Kasimatis manages field research in Western Kenya for The Rural Electric Power Project, a randomized controlled trial measuring the impacts of rural household electrification at different price levels. Prior to joining IPA, Anna supported the change management of social ventures and incubators promoting innovative, evidenced-based solutions for global development, including Ashoka, Accion, Grameen Foundation, and Social Capital Markets. She has independent field experience in Argentina, where she researched Multidimensional Poverty indicators for empowerment and cyclical, urban poverty. Anna holds a BS in Economics and Business from DePaul University in Chicago.
