Andrea works as an Advisor for IPA's Right-Fit Evidence Unit in Colombia. Before joining IPA, Andrea worked as Deputy Director of International Relations in Bogotá City Hall. She also served as Partnerships Advisor in the National Department for Social Prosperity, the Ministry of National Education, and the Territory Renewal Agency. In the last two, she worked with international partners to implement the Colombian peace agreement. Prior, she served as Knowledge Management Coordinator at Fundación ANDI. She holds a BA in Government and International Relations from Universidad Externado and an MSc in Inequalities and Social Sciences from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
