Research Coordinator

Alina is a Research Coordinator in the Mexico City office, where she leads projects related to the organizational design of police corporations and police-citizen relations. Previously, Alina specialized in the design, implementation and evaluation of criminal justice systems while at Fundación IDEA. She was also a Grantee with the Open Society Internship for Human Rights and Governance (OSIRG), where she worked in Colombia to support peace building and social justice in relation to the Peace Agreement. Alina has an MPP from the Harvard Kennedy School and a BA in Public Policy from the University of Chicago.
