Alassane Koulibaly is working for IPA-Francophone West Africa since July 2014. Projects in which he was involved are warrantage (a rural financial tool) EGAP project on local governance in Burkina Faso, and the project "Incentives for Accurate Diagnosis” dealing with over-prescription of antimalarials and antibiotics in Mali in 2016. Since February 2017, Alassane has been supervising several projects in Burkina Faso. As In-country training Representative, he is involved in gathering training materials and organizing trainings for staff members.
Before joining IPA in 2014, he worked for the Ministry in charge of Water, Sanitation and Hydraulic Development for one year. He was also involved in junior consultancy activities funded by the World Bank for individual project holders and Small and Medium Enterprise as a Support expert for 2 years. Alassane possesses an MS in Economics from the University of Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso and an MA in Policy Economics from Williams College, Williamstown, MA, USA.
