Aika is currently working at IPA Tanzania as Field Manager for the RESPECT II project, evaluating conditional cash transfers to prevent HIV and other sexually transmitted infections. She has several years of professional experience in leadership positions as well as in monitoring and evaluation in agriculture value chains, proposal development, preparing questionnaires, data collection using computer aided personal interviews, data analysis using statistical software, managing databases, and making detailed reports and presentations. She holds a Master of Science in Agricultural Economics from Egerton University.
