Henry Chukwu is the Senior Manager of the Consumer Protection Embedded Lab, a program that seeks to support IPA’s Consumer Protection Research Initiative in Nigeria to develop solutions for digital financial services and consumer risks. He has more than 13 years of financial sector experience with a cross-functional background in digital financial services, fintech, agent banking, microfinance, program management, and operational strategies. Prior to joining IPA, he was a Program Manager at Enhancing Financial Innovation and Access (EFInA), an organization that promotes financial inclusion in Nigeria. He has an MBA in Operations Management from Assam Don Bosco University India and a B.Sc from Enugu State University of Science and Technology.
