Assereou Atekou is a Research Associate at IPA Burkina Faso. Assereou works on a project, Fasbagré, aimed at providing rigorous evidence on the impacts of the matching and cash grants on performance and ultimately employment in agricultural and non-agricultural firms in Burkina Faso. Prior to joining IPA, he worked as a Field Coordinator (consultant) for the Gender Innovation Lab (GIL) at the World Bank in Cote d’Ivoire and for the Center for Evaluation and Development (C4ED) in Madagascar and Malawi. Assereou holds a Master's in Mathematics, Economics, and Statistics from the African School of Economics (ASE) in Benin and a Master's in Applied Mathematics from Université de Lomé.
