David is a Data Specialist on IPA's Global Research & Data Support team. In this role, he creates and organizes training materials for internal and external audiences and develops tools to improve data cleaning and quality for research staff at IPA. He also provides technical support to country offices across various domains. David has experience in the field and phone and WhatsApp collections via Twilio. Previously, at IPA, he supported evaluations related to cash transfer programs, early childhood, entrepreneurship, and migration. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Public and Government Affairs from the University of Los Andes, and he has a Master's degree in Applied Economics from the same university.
