Simon Grinsted works on an evaluation of the impact of the Philippine Government's national community-driven development program on governance, social capital and socio-economic welfare. Prior to joining IPA in 2015, Simon spent two years as an Analyst in the Analytics department of BlackRock Investment Management. He holds a BSc in Economics & Politics from the University of East Anglia and an MSc in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics.
