The IPA Global Human Resources Talent Acquisition team leads the organization's efforts to attract, recruit and onboard qualified individuals that contribute to the achievement of IPA’s strategic ambition.  The team is responsible for the strategic and administrative aspects of recruitment such as sourcing, screening, selecting and hiring and onboarding new employees in accordance with all regulatory policies and procedures. We are composed of a dynamic team that is growing rapidly while maintaining a passion for all things people and the organization's missions and values. The Temporary Recruitment Assistant will support HR Recruitment functions with a primary focus on job postings, resume screening, assisting with the new hire process and other administrative areas as needed. This role provides an opportunity to learn the latest HR best practices to improve workplace satisfaction and develop the skills needed to grow as a Human Resources professional.

  • Assist with the job posting process on various platforms to help circulate the word on new open positions.
  • Provide coordination with scheduling interviews on a regular basis
  • Support in the selection of candidates including identifying short-list of candidates.
  • Assist with reference checks and ensuring the completion of the pre-employment formalities
  • Assists in the closure of posts by updating the HR Information System (HRIS) as needed ensuring accurate position codes and notifications are set.
  • Facilitate prompt responses to various information requests from hiring managers and prepare regular recruitment reports and updates. 
  • Provide excellent customer service ensuring a high level of service to all personnel. 
  • Performs other relevant duties as required.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience desired
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and maintain strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize work effectively
  • Able to maintain a high level of integrity, objectivity, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Be thoroughly familiar with the organization and its human resources policies.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Office), ADP, Salesforce, or NetSuite. 

Preferred Experience

  • Some experience in an administrative, HR or recruiting related role
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment managing high volume requests.
