In partnership with J-PAL Southeast Asia, IPA Philippines conducted a Measurement and Survey Design Workshop for the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD)'s Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) on May 18-19, 2017. The workshop was attended by ten participants and held at the DSWD Complex in Quezon City, Philippines. The two-day workshop was part of an engagement to build the SLP staff's internal capacity and skills in monitoring and evaluation by providing them with the foundation for data collection, measurement, survey design, and survey piloting.
