On May 4, IPA Peru, along with Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) training leader <a href="/people/erica-field">Erica Field</a> and PhD candidate <a href="https://sites.duke.edu/jromerohaaker/">Javier Romero</a>, met with Silvia Loli Espinoza, Vice Minister of the Peruvian Ministry of Women and Vulnerable Populations (MOW).
