On March 27, 2014, the Centre for Economic and Financial Research and the Citi Foundation, with the support of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, held a conference on youth financial literacy and education. The conference brought together international and Russian experts, practitioners, teachers, and academics to share experiences and expertise on financial literacy initiatives. Beniamino Savonitto, Associate Program Director for the Financial Inclusion Program's Financial Capability Research Fund, participated in a panel on rigorous methodologies for evaluating the impact of financial literacy programs.
