After completing a PhD in economics at MIT, with a focus in development economics and behavioral economics, Jeremy worked as a Post Doctoral Associate at Yale University where he continued to research development economics and aid effectiveness in India, the Philippines, South Africa, Mexico, Kenya and Peru. Jeremy has been a member of the board of GiveDirectly since 2009.
