Country Director, Colombia and Dominican Republic

Sebastian Chaskel manages a portfolio of existing research projects, leads project acquisition, and oversees financial and administrative operations in Colombia. Before assuming the role of Country Representative and then Country Director, he managed research and implemented programs for the Social Impact Bond Technical Assistance Lab at Harvard Kennedy School, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Cerrejón Foundation, and Princeton University's Innovations for Successful Societies. He has an MPA from Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School and a BA in Anthropology and International Relations from Tufts University.
