Milambo Mavuba is a Research Associate for IPA Zambia. She is currently managing all research and field activities for the Girls Negotiation project, a study measuring the long-term impact of teaching negotiation skills to adolescent girls on their health and educational outcomes. Milambo joined IPA over 4 years ago and has managed multiple projects in various capacities and sectors including health, education and governance. Milambo ran the process evaluation for the Teaching at the Right Level pilot that was implemented by the Ministry of General Education and partners across 80 schools in the Eastern and Southern province of Zambia - the results have provided strong motivation for the upcoming national scale up. She holds a BA with a major in Public Administration and minor in Sociology from the University of Zambia.
