Loïc Watine oversees a portfolio of 16 impact evaluations in Ghana, spanning across education, agriculture, entrepreneurship, and health. He joined IPA in 2010 as the Country Director of IPA Mali, a role he held until 2012. In 2013, acting as internal principal investigator, Loïc he led a multi-country study on pre-primary education in poor urban areas throughout Africa. Prior to assuming the role as the Country Director of Ghana in 2014, he was in charge of the training of IPA Country Directors globally. Loïc has experience working in Guatemala, India and Sierra Leone, and holds a Diplôme d'Ingénieur from the École Polytechnique, and an MPA from Harvard University.
