Gloria Abankwa leads the implementation of a mobile health project in the northern region of Ghana. Gloria joined IPA in 2013 as a field staff working on the impact evaluation an education project. She has since worked with IPA on a couple of projects in the health and education sector across the country. She holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Ghana.
