Frank Odhiambo manages the Attrition and Migration section of IPA Kenya’s WASH Benefits Project. Frank has worked for IPA for two spells, first as a Field Assistant in 2011 and currently as a Research Associate. Frank’s current role involves leading local and distant migrant tracking to reduce attrition in the WASH Benefits project, a joint study in Kenya and Bangladesh. Prior to joining IPA Kenya in 2015, Frank worked in Kenya’s urban informal settlements for private and non-profit sectors in the areas of Sanitation, Hygiene, Urban Resilience and Urban Livelihoods. Frank holds a BSc in Disaster management and International Diplomacy from Masinde Muliro University and a M.A in Project Planning and Management from the University of Nairobi.
