Eva is a senior research associate at IPA Uganda, where she is managing the Phase II Evaluation of the Living Goods & BRAC Entrepreneurial Community Health Worker model. She has previously conducted research with the International Rescue Committee, Save the Children, Child Protection in Crisis Learning Network, and Johns Hopkins School of Public Health on topics including violence against women in humanitarian settings, unaccompanied and separated children, and the scale-up of HIV/AIDS and HCV services for vulnerable populations in the USA and India. She received her MPH from Columbia University's Mailman School of Public Health in 2015, with a focus on public health and humanitarian assistance.
