Erica joined IPA in May 2015 as the Research Coordinator for the Liberia office. She oversees all research projects in Liberia and currently manages studies on girls' empowerment in rural Liberia and targeting of cash transfers in Monrovia. Erica has 5 years of public health experience in Washington, DC and sub-Saharan Africa including research, public policy, and project management. Erica holds an MSPH from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a BA from the University of Virginia.
