Arcade Nsengiyumva holds a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, with a major in information management obtained from the Adventist University of Central Africa. Arcade has over 5 years of experience in field work and projects evaluation. Currently, Araced is a field manager on the Community Based Environmental Health Promotion Programme, IPA Project.

Prior to joining IPA, Arcade worked with different institutions and NGOs including J-PAL, Incisive Africa and TechnoServe.
