Anthony Mansaray plays a key role in staff and project development and scoping, and has managed multiple existing projects in Sierra Leone and Ghana. Before joining IPA, Anthony was a Research Manager at Centre for the Study of African Economies, University of Oxford, UK. He holds a BA in History and Political Science from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone.
