Kelvin Balakasi works with the research team from IFPRI to implement and evaluate a modified version of a transfer program for extremely poor farmers in Malawi. Before joining IPA in August 2014, Kelvin worked as a freelancer research consultant mostly in the health sector. He holds a BA in Economics from Chancellor College.
