In early October, Annie Duflo (Executive Director, IPA) presented lessons learned while scaling up TCAI in Ghana to Peru’s Ministry of Education. Annie’s presentation was part of a series of seminars put on jointly by IPA Peru, J-PAL LAC, and the Ministry's Research and Documentation Unit. While in Peru, Annie also held meetings with other policymakers, including the Vice-Minister of Health and Cuna Más, a child day-care and family coaching program, and local researchers.
