On October 29, IPA Rwanda co-hosted a workshop to present preliminary findings from two studies, evaluating the impact of connecting off-the-grid communities to electricity on household welfare as well as the impact of business model interventions on the continued use of off-grid LED lighting distribution. Key Rwandan energy stakeholders shared their experience as major players in the sector.
