IPA Founder Dean Karlan presented IPA’s Graduation of the Ultra Poor study to Yasuyuki Sawada, Chief Economist of the Asian Development Bank, as well as other ADB staff and representatives from the Department of Social Welfare and Development. The seminar was held at ADB’s main office in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
